When I recognized the opportunity to join a family business as a Board Member, no doubts came to my mind and simply strived for it.
Helping to sustainable develop Family Businesses in the dairy and brewery industry is one of my major goals. Support the next generations to lead the future of the company, to create value for our customers and to ensure that our employees feel secure and motivated are some of my greatest goals.

Giving back knowledge and experience is a grateful incentive. I decided to support the coming generation of founders and founders-to-be by joining the University of St Gallen.
Especially female founders have a strong priority on my research. Following a Doctorate in Business at Bocconi University in Milan, further research is focusing on human capital, funding and gender bias.

Originally from Venezuela, I moved to France to pursue an MBA in International Business and went on to found, grow, and sell an e-commerce consulting business. After building an international career in corporate marketing in Switzerland, I returned to entrepreneurship, driven by the desire to create and enable innovation.
Today, I serve as Co-Head of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Service Center at the University of St. Gallen, where I lead initiatives that empower founders, investors, and institutions to grow sustainably. I am also the founder of a consumer brand in e-tailing and a board member to family-owned businesses, supporting governance, succession, and long-term value creation.
Became thought leader after my Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at Bocconi University, on the topic of female entrepreneurship, human capital and funding. Fluent in German, English, Spanish, and French, I live with husband and two teenagers boys at Bodensee.
